Focus, Shoot & Win with our Family Photo Contest
This summer, Pacific Sands 40th Anniversary celebrations continue behind the lens. As announced in the July Pacific E-News, we’re amping up our popular Monthly Photo Contest with a family spin in July & August.
Our Family Photo Contest is a salute to family and those Pacific Sands moments captured in photos that live on for generations. Two talented winners will get to make even more family memories with a 3-Night Family Escape in a 2 Bedroom Beach House.
Whether you’ve stayed with us in the past and have some fun family shots to show off, or you’re staying with us this summer and bringing your camera, send us your favourite photos from your family vacation at Pacific Sands by July 31 and August 31 and you could win one of the two Family Escape prizes we’re awarding.
Some random shutterbug ideas to capture:
- Anything beach…playing, posing, wandering, pondering
- Surf lessons in Cox Bay
- Roasting s’mores in the Gazebo
- Making dinner in your in-suite kitchen
- Deck lounging
- Movie night antics
- The awe of your adventure tour
- Hiking, biking, picnic’ing…you decide?
Be sure to submit high-quality digital images, at least medium resolution. And note that we absolutely appreciate the expert eye of professional photographers, however this contest is open to amateur guest photographers only. That means professional or watermarked photos will not be accepted.
Our panel of Pacific Sands judges will choose the winning photo at the end of each month. We’ll post all the photos on Facebook, especially the winners…which will also be announced in the following month’s Pacific E-News.
Family time is never perfect but it can sure be priceless. So Let’s have fun with this! Dig up your past family shots or get snapping this summer…we can’t wait!
