First and foremost, we can not thank you enough for your support and patience as we work to continue creating a safe space for you to enjoy Tofino and your stay at Pacific Sands.
Planning on coming to Tofino? We look forward to welcoming you! In the interest of ensuring your stay is as enjoyable as possible, we would like to provide you with the following information about your stay.
Guest Services is staffed from 7 am to 10 pm and accessible via our in-house texting service at 1.778.762.3320 or by calling the office at 250.725.3322.
Check-in time is 4 pm or later. Please note that our housekeeping team is working hard to have your suite prepared by this time. Thank you for your patience.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Please text or call Guest Services to notify us you are checking out and leave your keys in your suite. A final invoice will be emailed directly to you.
Your suite will be fully stocked for your stay.
Our Housekeeping Service takes place daily between 11 am & 5 pm. This service includes: making up the room & hideaway bed, amenity replenishments, towel replacements, garbage & recycling removal, window cleaning, and vacuuming the floors. Sheet changes only take place on the fourth day of guest stays. If guests are uncomfortable with staff entering units, guests can place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on their door. If guests require minimized contact, Guests can use our blue tote linen system for linen replacement. If guests require any additional Housekeeping Services during their stay, simply contact Guest Services and it will be taken care of immediately.

In case of emergencies outside of business hours, please call 250.726.6380.
Surfside Grill is open from 10 am to 8 pm for take-out. You can also enjoy dining on the deck and around the firepit area.

More on Our Safe Space
As part of maintaining our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, we have implemented enhanced health safety procedures and preventative practices with our team, including:
• Public touch points such as handrails, door handles and knobs are being cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
• Health Canada recommended cleaning products are being used throughout the resort.
We are closely monitoring developments of COVID-19 and following recommendations from our local health departments and experts at the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). We take these measures very seriously and continue to communicate awareness and training procedures with our team to reinforce our sanitization and safety procedures.
