All units are equipped with full kitchens, fireplaces and private

Sound offers numerous opportunities for beach combing, kayaking,
surfing, fishing, golfing, wild life viewing, photography and storm
watching. Pacific Sands has teamed up with some of the area’s
finest operators and have put together some great packages to enhance
your west coast experience.
Our new Villas, represent our families commitment to the provide
eco-friendly accommodation. Heating, cooling and domestic hot water
is all produced using a Geo
Exchange system. (Earth Source Heat Pump). The timber frame
material used throughout the Villas was sourced from standing dead
timber (pine beetle) found in the interior of BC. Low flow toilets
and Hardi Plank siding were also used extensively throughout the
project. Even the old cabins that were on the site were relocated
and now are used for staff housing.
The Pettinger family has owned and operated the Pacific Sands Resort
