Rates are based on double occupancy or quad occupancy in 2 bedroom units and subject to taxes. Additional occupants 19 years of age and over are an additional fee of $10 during Storm and Spring/Fall season and $15 during our Summer and Holiday seasons. Pet charge is $40 per pet per stay.
