The Ancient Cedars Spa at the Wickaninnish Inn offers daily morning yoga classes for all skill levels, a calming yet energizing way to start the day. Held in the beautiful, seaside Rainforest Haven room, classes are semi-private so individual attention is guaranteed.

All instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers in accordance with Yoga Alliance standards. Eco responsible Manduka mats are provided for you to use during your class.

Private instruction is also available, a great way to try yoga for the first time or deepen an already existing practice.
