A deposit equivalent to the
first nights rental per room is required to confirm your reservation.
For package stays, a 50% deposit will be required at time
of booking. |

Upon receipt of your deposit we will send
out documentation to confirm your reservation. Upon receipt
please read carefully to ensure all information is correct.
We will not hold rooms for guests failing to arrive at the
specified arrival date |

If you must cancel your reservation a fee
of $25.00 is charged. If we receive notification of your intent
to cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, a full
refund less the cancellation fee will be issued. Total Deposit
will be forfeited if cancellation is received less than 7
days of your arrival date. |

Upon check-in, a cash deposit or valid credit
card will be required to cover incidental charges or additional
cleaning fees. |

Additional occupants aged 16 years and over
are an additional $25.00 per night. |

Children 15 and under stay complimentary

Cots are available for an additional charge
of $10.00 per day. Please note that cots are in limited supply
and must be reserved in advance. Unfortunately Cots are not
permitted in the Villa's or Light House Suites.
For guest's traveling with infants a small selection of playpens
are available for a daily charge of $5.00. To ensure availability
please reserve in advance. |

however each unit has a partially covered deck or patio where
smoking is permitted. |

To ensure a relaxing stay, we have not installed
phones in the guest units. Phone and internet access is available
in the Guest Services Lobby. Most cell phones will also work
within the property. |
