Shopping list:
Note: serves 4 to 6
- 5 pound salmon (preferably wild)
- 2-3 crab (Dungeness if you can get it!)
- 1 pound large shrimp or spot prawns
- 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
- 1-2 bulbs of garlic
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 2-3 corn-on-the-cob
- 3 carrots
- 2 red bell peppers
- 3 lemons
- fresh rosemary
- fresh dill
- 1 bunch kale (optional)
- pint of strawberries (optional)
Basic staples to have on hand:
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- ground pepper
- butter
Mix it Up
- Vegetables – not a carrot fan? Swap any of the vegetables for your favourites.
- Fish – do you prefer halibut? It’s in season now through the summer, so grill that instead! Better yet, add in a steak option for a surf n’ turf platter.
