This summer, Pacific Sands Beach Resort and Taste of Tofino’s Chef Ronnie Lee invite you to experience the Rainforest Dinner Series—a weekly al fresco celebration of local flavours and forest ambiance showcasing Tofino’s natural beauty, culinary creativity, and slow coastal living.

Hosted under the lush canopy of Pacific Sands’ Rainforest Tent, this long table dining experience runs select evenings from May 17 to September 12. Settle in among the trees as you enjoy a thoughtfully curated, locally sourced menu paired with signature wines, craft cocktails, and the peaceful sound of the surrounding rainforest.

Whether you’re a foodie, nature lover, or simply craving a uniquely memorable night out, the Rainforest Dinner Series offers a one-of-a-kind taste of the West Coast.

Coastal Surf + Turf

Guests are invited to settle into a 4 course, prix fixe menu beneath a canopy of towering trees in the Rainforest Tent amid candlelit ambiance:

Welcome sips
Oyster + Rhubarb Mignonette
Beet + Whipped Ricotta Salad, Crispy Chickpeas with Pistachio Gremolata, Lemon Zest
Seared Lingcod + Pork Belly with Seasonal Veg
Petite Mignardise, a sweet treat to end the night

Seatings begin at 6:00pm and typically wind down between 8:00pm and 9:00pm, depending on the number of guests.

Seats are purchased directly with Taste of Tofino. Please inform Chef Ronnie Lee of any dietary restrictions at time of purchase. Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. A minimum of 12 seats are needed to run the event each week and reservations must be made a minimum of 2 days prior to the event at 2pm.
In the event of a cancellation, guests will be contacted directly by Taste of Tofino a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Taste of Tofino is responsible for refunds only in the event of a cancellation. Walk-ups are not permitted.
