Some things just go together naturally – beaches, weddings and love. Imagine getting married on a majestic beach dotted with sand dollars, Pacific breezes, sand between your toes, and misty surf – you can’t write that picture, but you can do it here.
Which is why we’re so excited to be part of a Beach Wedding Dream Team. The perfect trifecta of blissfully easy beach weddings combining our all-suite Tofino accommodation beachfront on Cox Bay, professional wedding planning, and onsite catering.

We’ve teamed up with the professional wedding planning experts at Rare Earth Wedding Event Production. Together we’re making spectacular, intimate beach weddings happen from September through June for up to 20 people.
Speaking of intimate weddings, meet Shelley and Silvano Stevens, recent newlyweds that shared their nuptials with 40 of their nearest and dearest.
“When we got engaged we looked at each other and said we have to get married in Tofino,” Shelley declared. “We’d had some great holidays there, loved the idea of a beach wedding, and really loved the idea of a destination wedding that friends and family could get to.”
“To have everybody stay at the resort and share this with us was awesome,” added Silvano. “We had such a great time together including a big, group dinner party in the Gazebo.”
He described the day of the wedding as the perfect Tofino day with a morning mist lifting to afternoon sun, while she remembered getting ready and looking out at this unbelievable vision of big waves and surfers. And in a cool last minute move, they decided to grab our bike rentals for a unique line-up of wedding wheels in the sand.
Don’t you just love spontaneous romance?
Last we saw them, they were venturing out for a hike to spread their wedding bouquet in the ocean before heading home. All together now…sigh. We know, happens a lot here.
