Big Woof + Welcome to Pets in October

You could say Tofino almost speaks dog, because it just doesn’t get more pet-friendly or pet-paradise. From endless rugged, sandy beaches and sniffable logs, to frothy surf and tide-pools to splash in, your furry friend would tell you there’s no place like it. And from a special pet offer to a pet photo contest, we’re rolling out the (sandy) red carpet in October.

Pause + Paws October Pet Offer

As a resort with deep family roots, we get pets are a big part of yours. Which is why pets are always welcome! But for the month of October, we’re waiving all pet fees with our Pause + Paws October Pet Offer, complete with doggie swag and snacks!

That’s right pet lovers, the package includes a custom Pacific Sands dog leash, gourmet treats, Modern Dog Magazine, an SPCA donation, and more in-suite goodies upon arrival.

In fact, we have special, pet-friendly suites ready and waiting. And with Cox Bay as the ultimate backyard, enjoy a carefree walk while your dog runs free along the shore. Help yourself to convenient, biodegradable dog bags and disposal containers. And if things get messy, we have pet wash stations for an easy, post-beach rinse.

Pet Photo Contest

Each month, we invite guests to capture photos of their stay and enter our Monthly Photo Contest for a chance to win a 2-night Getaway back at Pacific Sands, including wine on arrival and more.

In honour of our four-legged guests, for the month of October, we’re focusing the contest on pets.
