Let the Dogs Out in Tofino!
When it comes to pet-friendly, watch your dog’s eyes light up when you say, “Want to go the beach in Tofino?” From endless sandy shoreline to tide pools full of fun, Tofino is pet paradise.
Just ask Starsky! Besides being next-level-adorable, @starskythegoldie is an Instagram sensation with over 80,000 followers and counting. Starsky and his mom, @thedogmomager, recently checked in for a visit with us. And all reports indicate we are “Starsky Approved.”
With Cox Bay as the ultimate backyard, it’s no surprise Starsky gave Pacific Sands the paws-up. Not only could he run, dig and sniff until he was sniffed-out, every beach-walker, surfer, and fellow four-legged encounter was a new friend. And nothing in the world is friendlier than a wet dog, right? So Starsky enjoyed a post-beach rinse at our pet wash station before hustling back to his Beach House for a snack and snooze.
As pet lovers that have been welcoming furry guests for generations, we get that love starts with a wet nose and ends with a tail. They’re our trusted friends, confidants and joy-providers. And what’s better than travelling with your dog?
