A deposit equivalent to the first night’s rental per room is required to confirm your reservation. Packages require a 50% deposit.
Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send out the documentation to confirm your reservation. Please read carefully to ensure all information is correct.
We will not hold rooms for guests failing to arrive at the specified arrival date.
If you must cancel your reservation a fee of $35.00 is charged.
Cancellations within our Storm Watching season and spring/fall period must be received prior to 7 days of arrival. Cancellations within the 7 day period results in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations within summer and holiday periods must be received prior to 14 days of arrival. Cancellations within the 14 days result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Early departures will be responsible for 100% of each remaining night reserved.
Upon check-in, a cash deposit or valid credit card will be required to cover incidental charges or additional cleaning fees. Upon checkout, pre-authorizations are deleted but may take up to 2-3 business days to disappear from bank statements.
MasterCard, Visa, AMEX and Debit Cards accepted.
All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Rates do not include GST (5%) PST (8%) and Municipal Tax (3%).
All rates are based on double or quad occupancy per night.
A 3-night minimum stay applies during July, August, holiday rate periods and long weekends. A 2-night minimum stay is in effect year round (subject to change).
Children 15 and under stay complimentary when sharing a suite with their family. The number of additional children can not exceed room maximums.
Pacific Sands Resort (2007) Ltd. reserves the right to limit the number of people occupying a unit. Resort facilities are for registered guest only.
For guest’s travelling with infants a small selection of playpens are available. To ensure availability please reserve in advance.
All guest units are designated non-smoking. Furthermore, we do not allow smoking on any patios or balconies. We ask that guests only smoke is designated smoking areas on the property, and away from all buildings.
To ensure a relaxing stay, we have not installed phones in guest suites, with the exception of our Beach Houses and Oceanside Suites. Complimentary wireless internet is available throughout the resort. Please note we also offer a Mobile Concierge Texting Service for all guests, meaning, if you don’t have a phone in your unit, you can still contact us seamlessly.
