Shopping list:

Note: serves 4 to 6

• 5 pound salmon (preferably wild)
• 2-3 crab (Dungeness if you can get it!)
• 1 pound large shrimp or spot prawns
• 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
• 1-2 bulbs of garlic
• 1 bunch of asparagus
• 2 medium zucchinis
• 2-3 corn-on-the-cob
• 3 carrots
• 2 red bell peppers
• 3 lemons
• fresh rosemary
• fresh dill
• 1 bunch kale (optional)
• pint of strawberries (optional)

Basic staples to have on hand:

• olive oil
• kosher salt
• ground pepper
• butter

Mix it Up

• Vegetables – not a carrot fan? Swap any of the vegetables for your favourites.
• Fish – do you prefer halibut? It’s in season now through the summer, so grill that instead! Better yet, add in a steak option for a surf n’ turf platter.
