If you make a reservation online, we use a third-party vendor to process your booking, WebRezPro Property Management System. Through WebRezPro, all supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted using a secure server and then encrypted. This information is only available to those individuals with special access rights to such systems, and who are required by law or contract to keep that information confidential.
With the exception of WebRezPro, we will only share your personal information outside the Pacific Sands Beach Resort with your consent, where it is required or authorized by law.
Some examples are:
(a) when it is required to provide you with services you have requested, in which case we will consider you to have given implied consent (e.g. surf lessons);
(b) if your stay has been paid for by a third party, we will provide billing information to the paying party; or
(c) if you have failed to any pay amounts owed to Pacific Sands Beach Resort.
Any such disclosure of your personal information by the Pacific Sands Beach Resort to a third party will be made on a confidential basis conditioned upon the information being used solely for the purpose for which it has been disclosed.
